Refund & Return Policy – Rudra Sparsh

This Refund & Return Policy describes the conditions, timelines, and procedures for cancellation, return, exchange, and refund of products purchased from Rudra Sparsh through our website.


Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders that have been processed, shipped, or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

  • In such cases, customers may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

  • Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.


Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or special offers may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery are eligible for replacement.

  • If any damaged / defective/ replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Energized or consecrated Rudraksha

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without original packaging
    Such exempted items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.


Return / Exchange Process

  • Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 5 days of delivery by contacting our customer support.

  • The request must include clear images or video proof of the issue.

  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back as per the instructions provided by our support team.

  • Returned products will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
